Best breakfast in town. This place definitely gives Roxys and West End Farm to Table a run for their money in the breakfast department. I truly am infatuated with this chilangos location. It's really close to my house, and they always have plenty of parking.
The menu is huge and has plenty of options. I've had the chicken waffle nachos, a skillet, and french toast there before and was impressed by each of them. Their ingredients are always fresh and the food is made to order. The staff here is great and really friendly.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. I can't wait to see Chilangos continue to grow in Jackson! There's not a single location of theirs that I'm not impressed with.!
Keep it up Chilangos! -

From all the hype I was expecting more. The only thing that exceeded my expectations was the bill. It was $40.00 before tip, for breakfast. Not worth it. The omelette my partner ordered was not prepared as he requested. Asked for no jalapeño and surprise, it was full of jalapeños. I ordered eggs Benedict and the yolks were hard as rocks. The staff could do with some managers, as they tend to spend most of their time gossiping and chatting with each other instead of serving the customers. Nothing special here. Don't waste your time. You can get a better breakfast at Cracker Barrel for less money.

Horrible, bad service and food. This place won't be in business for long. Sad! I understand that they have 3 other restaurants in Jackson, hope that they are better. Won't be back!

So....... Good breakfast foro for prime UDSA Americans. the omelet was good. fresh juice prices are a little skewed and you can end up paying too much for refills. has a chain breakfast place feel to it. Migth be the best place int eh area for food.

Whenever I'm back home, my family and I get brunch before I hit the road. This time, my sister suggested we check out Chilango's Broken Egg.
This is a breakfast spot, but Chilango's also has a few Mexican restaurants in town. That's reflected in the (rather large) menu at Broken Egg - along with omelettes, French toast, etc., there are also skillets, breakfast burritos, and other Tex-mex dishes.
The restaurant is in a shopping center. Small dining room, but cozy, with lots of color.
Had the veggie delight omelette ($10), which comes with spinach, tomatoes, peppers (think I'm missing a few veggies) and feta. They let me sub egg whites for no extra charge. The omelette was huge! A little too salty, though. Also comes with toast and a side (there's a list, like fruit cup, cheesy potatoes, etc.)
Everyone else in my party seemed to like their food. We got French toast, eggs Benedict, and a couple of build-your-own omelettes. All huge, and pretty reasonably priced.
